What should I wear to yoga or aerial class?

In a nutshell - whatever you are comfortable in. Ideally clothes that aren’t baggy and are going to flop around when you go upside down.

We may give out prizes for particularly ace leggings or outfits

Will your classes make me feel like a superhero?

Erm..totally. Obviously we can’t prove that, but if feeling good both inside and out is important to you - we will do everything we can to get you there.

How hot is a Hot Yoga class?

It all depends on the teacher - expect anything from 30 - 39 degrees. Our infrared heat panels heat objects rather then the air, so expect to feel like you have the warmth of the sun on you (rather than the feeling of a sauna or steam room).

Do I need to book?

Yes. Certain classes are more in demand and the only way to guarantee your place is to book online. You can do this via our booking page.

However if you do fancy popping in on the off chance, then you are more than welcome to see if we have space.

Do you provide mats?

We do - our mats are high quality natural rubber. We clean them after every session with antibacterial solution.

Also feel free to bring your own - just pop it on top of ours for a bit more cushioning.

Cancellations?

Online cancellations can be made up to 12 hours prior to class. This is to allow others to be able to take your place if your plans change.

To manage our classes and teacher time we are not able to cancel bookings made within 12 hours of a scheduled class.
