Our Classes

 

Beginners/Gentle Yoga

Learn the foundations of a solid yoga practice and build your confidence and knowledge of basic asanas (postures).

These classes focus on gentle stretching and movement to help develop mobility and flexibility in the body and mind.

You are welcome to join a 5 week course or drop in on a weekly class.

Mandala Yoga

Hot Vinyasa/Flow

In these classes you will experience temperatures up to 40 degrees to enable you to feel exhilarated and sweat it out - whatever ‘it’ is for you. Typically you follow a vinyasa - a series of poses - that are linked through breath and movement.

Hot yoga leaves you feeling energised and radiant (and is a little bit addictive in our opinion), just make sure to book in advance and bring a towel!

Yin Yoga

Yin is all about going within, using deep stretches with longer holds to aid mobility of joints and flexibility. Yin is a quieter practice which in turn creates a deeply harmonising effect on mind and body.

In this class we use sound bowls to add soothing sound and vibration into the space.

Lots of props are used to support the body, so this is a good class for beginners and those wanting to have a less demanding practice.

Wear comfy layered clothes and maybe even bring a pillow!
